2009 has been a very good year in terms of fitness accomplishments. So now we are at the end of the year and I'm sure everyone would love to see a video culminating all the hard work & memorable moments of 2009....So here it is. The top 10 moves of 09 presented by production teams for Evolution of Exercise Series, Barbarians, Strictly Bar talk to the whole "Get Familiar" extended family.
